I cancelled, but I've changed my mind. How do I re-subscribe?

We're very pleased to hear you're giving France Channel another chance!

If you've cancelled and your subscription has ended (you're not able to watch anymore), follow the steps below to re-subscribe.

1. Sign in to your account at www.francechannel.tv thru "Manage My Account" in settings
2. Click the 'Edit My Account' option, then re-subscribe

If you have cancelled during your free 7 day trial, a re-activation will cause an immediate charge of your card. If you wish to re-subscribe during your free trial please contact Customer Support at support@francechannels.zendesk.com. 

Amazon Prime Video Channels, the Apple TV box, ROKU, Apple and Android App store Customers

If you subscribe using your Amazon Prime Video, the Apple TV, Roku, Apple or GooglePlay account, you'll need to reinstate your subscription with our Partners. Follow the instructions provided by our Partners: Prime Video, Apple TV, ROKU, Apple and Google Play.

If you wish to use a promocode you received, you need to subscribe via www.francechannel.tv.

There is no way of using a promocode while having an Amazon/Apple/Roku subscription.
