When do I need to cancel my free trial to avoid being charged?

Your 7 day free trial is measured using days, not hours.

The first day of your trial counts as the full day of your signup, no matter what time of day it was. 

Nobody likes an unexpected charge, but fortunately it's easy to cancel if you decide France Channel isn't for you.

To avoid being charged, you'll need to cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends, and uninstalling any app you've downloaded won't automatically cancel you

Your cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal or payment date.

Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription is cancelled, which will also let you know the last day you're able to watch until.

If you pay France Channel directly on your credit card, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account at www.francechannel.tv and open your account in settings via “Manage My Account”
2. Click on “Edit My Account”
3. Click on the “Subscription” option.
4. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
