Your cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal or payment date.
Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription is cancelled.
If you pay France Channel directly on your credit card, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account at www.francechannel.tv using one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox or Edge (we are working on Safari compatibility)
- Open your account in settings by choosing “Manage My Account” (top right corner human like icon)
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
ROKU Customers
If you signed up & pay using Roku, you'll need to cancel your subscription within the ROKU platform. We're restricted in what changes we can make to your subscription, including cancelling on your behalf. You'll need to follow the instructions provided here:

Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. If you uninstall the app without first canceling your subscription, you'll still be charged.
Amazon Prime Video Channels Customers
If you signed up & pay using Amazon, you'll need to cancel your subscription within the Prime Video platform. We're restricted in what changes we can make to your subscription, including cancelling on your behalf.
Apple TV Customers
If you signed up & pay using Apple TV, you'll need to cancel your subscription within the Apple TV platform. We're restricted in what changes we can make to your subscription, including cancelling on your behalf. You'll need to follow the instructions on the TV screen on Apple TV box.
App Store Customers
If you purchased our subscription in the Apple or Android App Store, we are not able to edit or cancel your account. Please follow Apple and Android app store guidelines to cancel. As payments for Apple and Android app accounts are processed via Apple or Android directly, we are not able to refund any charges.
If you wish to cancel an Apple account you need to do it via Apple. Here are the instructions:
