How do I change my payment method?

If you wish to change your primary payment method, please do so at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew.

1. Sign in to your account at www.francechannel.tv and open “Manage My Account” in settings.
2. Click on “Update Payment Details”.
3. Enter your new credit card details and submit.

We accept all kinds of credit and debit cards. If your card is declined, please reach out to your bank to see if it does not block the transaction or if you have any limits on online payments.
