There are several reasons for such a problem. Here's is the list:
- The promotion ended: Check the start and end dates for the promotion.
- You coupon might not match your subscription type: It may only apply to a monthly or annual subscription option, or only be available to new subscribers. Check the fine print for any restrictions and make sure you enter coupon relevant to the main subscription plan (monthly or annual)
- Be in the right place: Promos can only be redeemed online at www.francechannel.com. You may not see an option to redeem a code if you're using the France Channel app on your TV, mobile, tablet, or streaming device.
- Make sure you enter your code in the right place: Make sure the promo code is inserted in the 'promo code' box.
- Make sure to type the code correctly: Enter the code exactly as shown (copy & paste is helpful). Watch out for i's and I's, a lowercase L may be an uppercase i.
