Your cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal or payment date.
Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription is cancelled.
If you pay France Channel directly on your credit card, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account at www.francechannel.tv using one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox or Edge (we are working on Safari compatibility)
- Open your account in settings by choosing “Manage My Account” (top right corner human like icon)
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
If you signed up & pay using your Roku, you'll need to cancel your subscription within the ROKU platform. We're restricted in what changes we can make to your subscription, including cancelling on your behalf. You'll need to follow the instructions provided here:

Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. If you uninstall the app without first canceling your subscription, you'll still be charged.
